Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Most orders will ship out within 2-7 business days of ordering whether they are domestic or international orders. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, SELF MADE ATHLETES cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Our Standard shipping charge is $5.00 and up depending on the total weight  and destination of items.

Free shipping offers may be offered throughout the year during promotions and will be reflected during checkout; some exclusions may apply.

Standard Domestic Shipping - Arrives 1-7 business days from shipped date.

Standard International Shipping - Once shipped, takes 5-10 business days

Business Days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Be sure to check your order confirmation email! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. Please understand that once your order is fulfilled by our distribution team, it will be in the hands of the courier where delays may be experienced. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding! If your package is already with the shipping courier, we suggest contacting your package's shipping courier for any delivery questions you may have. 

Important notice regarding courier delays:

For orders going to Canada, orders are sent delivered duty paid (DDP). SELF MADE ATHLETES collects duties and taxes at checkout to ensure a seamless customer experience.

We ship internationally to all countries that Canada Post, FedEx and UPS ship to respectively,  but tracking information is not guarded for international deliveries. The timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not set dates and are  dependent on the shipping service selected, the current processing time, and any potential customs delays. Customs charges may apply depending on country. Customs clearance does not adhere to any time frame, and can prolong delivery. It is not uncommon for Customs agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some shipments, especially during high volume seasons like the holidays.  Neither SELF MADE ATHLETES nor the shipping carrier have control over the length of time it takes to clear Customs. Tracking information is not guaranteed for international deliveries. No refunds or returns will be accepted for Customs fees paid or refusal of package by not accepting Customs fees. We do not guarantee arrival of shipments in time for any holidays, birthdays, etc.

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund (minus shipping) unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above. Orders, shipped via Standard, can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. 

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at your house. SELF MADE ATHLETES cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, please confirm that: 

    • The product was delivered within the last 15 days.
    • The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
    • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) or in its' original packaging and in new condition. 
    • You have the packing slip, order confirmation or proof of purchase from selfmadeathletes.com.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return. 

 

EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange, please refer to the following: 

    • If the product is open, you have 5 days to initiate an exchange from the day of delivery.
    • If the product is unopened, you have 14 days to initiate a return from the day of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, email sma.training.club@gmail.com with the following: 

    • order number
    • item(s) returned
    • reason for return
    • tracking number

SELF MADE ATHLETES does not provide prepaid return labels so you will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred during an exchange!

   

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Stuff happens! If you receive a damaged product, please email sma.training.club@gmail.com a picture of the issue, packing slip, and your order number & we'll start an investigation!

Note: For damage during transit, the carrier requires the following information so we can start your claim: 

    • Pictures of the damaged packaging (top, bottom, interior, exterior of the shipping package condition)
    • Picture of the shipping label & packing slip

Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase unless you received a product that was damaged or defective.
